Ongoing sessions
Sessions are usually weekly and last approximately 50 minutes. Each session is your space to explore what feels important, whether that is current challenges, emotions, relationships, experiences or personal growth.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw upon different therapeutic approaches to ensure sessions are tailored to each individual.
My approach may include Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Psychodynamic approaches.
