Our identity, culture, family experiences and communities can influence how we see ourselves, express emotions and access support. These culturally informed workshops create safe spaces for young people to explore experiences that are often not spoken about.

Together these support young people to develop self-awareness, confidence and a stronger sense of belonging — helping them recognise their own needs, understand the impact of carrying emotional responsibilities, and understand that seeking support and expressing emotions are signs of strength.
Protective Behaviours can be delivered through individual programmes, and adapted for schools, charities, youth services and organisations supporting children and young people.
